🌸Couples therapy is a place where you learn how to communicate.

🌸Life is stressful and wedding planning is too.

🌸The overwhelm the financial burden, the family dynamics.

🌸And all while you are raising kids or managing full time jobs.

🌺Many of you are moving house at the same time.

🌸Why would you do that on your own?

🌸Therapy gives you an hour even once a month to be away from all that noise.

🌸There is this myth that while you are planning a wedding you should be happy all the time.

🌸But that is clearly ridiculous.

🌸You’re likely to stress and have fights some times, there is more pressure here than before.

🌸And then on top of it all you can’t share with anyone that you’re sometimes upset with each other…you worry about what friends and family will think…
